  • Within India: Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors like courier delays or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email.
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
  • If a package is returned due to non-availability or incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
